Effective date: July 5, 2026
PubliSynq ("the Service", "we", "us") is a content creation and publishing tool that helps account owners generate, review, approve, and publish original content to their own social media accounts, including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You connect your own social media accounts to the Service via each platform's official authorization (OAuth) flow. You retain full ownership of your accounts and of all content published through the Service. Content is only published after you explicitly approve it. You are responsible for ensuring the content you approve complies with each platform's terms, community guidelines, and applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that violates the policies of the platforms you publish to. We may suspend access to the Service in case of misuse.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (including TikTok, Meta/Facebook, Instagram) through their official APIs. Those platforms are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions (such as content removal or account restrictions).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
