PubliSynq ("we", "us") is a content creation and publishing tool that lets account owners generate, approve, and publish original content to their own social media accounts. Contact: contact@publisynq.com.
We use the information above exclusively to operate the Service: creating content drafts, publishing content you explicitly approved to your own connected accounts, and maintaining the connection (token refresh). We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share data with third parties except the platforms you explicitly connect (TikTok, Meta) via their official APIs.
Access tokens and content are retained while your account connection is active. You can disconnect a social account at any time, which stops all publishing on its behalf. You may also revoke the Service's access directly in the platform's settings (e.g., TikTok's "Security → Apps and services" page). To request deletion of all stored data, contact contact@publisynq.com and we will delete it within 30 days.
Tokens and content are stored in access-controlled infrastructure and are used only by the publishing service. We follow reasonable industry practices to protect them.
The Service uses third-party APIs to operate: TikTok and Meta (publishing), AI providers for text generation, licensed stock-media providers, and text-to-speech services. Each processes only the data necessary for its function (for example, a caption sent to an AI provider for generation). These providers are governed by their own privacy policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address.
